Sunset Island 34 is a luxury bayside townhouse located in a gated community. This five-bedroom, four and a half bathroom townhouse has an enclosed, furnished porch that overlooks a serene, family-friendly neighborhood. It also has a balcony in the back that overlooks a different side of the neighborhood. This townhouse is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 34 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The spacious living room is bright and cheery, furnished with a comfortable couch, three cushioned chairs, and a television. The glass-paneled balcony door allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a small dining area, perfect for enjoyable meals with the family. Past that is a second, larger dining area. Next to the second dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with an island and a wide granite countertop. Off of the living room is the half-bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private master bathroom. The next bedroom has a pyramid bunkbed and a television. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third full bathroom is located in the hallway. The fourth bedroom is located on the fourth-floor loft and has a queen-size bed, a television and sitting area. There is also a full bathroom on this level. The entry level den doubles as the fifth bedroom and has a twin daybed and a twin-size trundle bed. The fourth full bathroom is located on the entry level as well. This property comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, so bring the whole family!

Sunset Island has the following amenities: indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe and bar, interactive fountains, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, three parking spaces, and outside foot shower. Six facility passes provided. Additional passes are $70 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.
