Sunset Island 23 is a luxury bayside townhouse located in a gated community. This five-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom townhome has two balconies overlooking manicured lawns and a gorgeous pond. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 23 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The muted, sand-colored living room is furnished with comfortable couches, a lounge chair, and a television. The glass-paneled door allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with an island and chairs, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Next to the kitchen is a second, larger dining area. Also off the kitchen is the half-bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen television. The third bedroom has a pyramid bed with a trundle and flat screen television. The fourth bedroom is located in the loft area with a king-size bed, flat screen television, sitting area, and full size bathroom. The third full bathroom is located in the hallway. The bottom entry floor doubles as the fifth bedroom with a lighthouse-theme offering a queen-size sleep sofa and a flat screen. There is also a full bathroom is also located on the bottom floor. This property comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, so bring the whole family!

Sunset Island 23 has the following amenities: indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe, interactive fountain, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, three parking spaces, garage, central HVAC, six TVs, four DVD players, two blue ray players, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ceiling fans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower. Six facility passes are included and additional passes are $70 per person at the Sunset Island clubhouse.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.
