The entire unit is decorated like a beach paradise, palm trees and beach tones accenting every room. The spacious living room is furnished with a new sofa and love seat, fireplace, and flat screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Building amenities include indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe, interactive fountain, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards. Six facility passes provided. Additional passes are available at the Sunset Island clubhouse.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.
