Sunset Island 7 Corner Store Lane is a beautiful brightly decorated neo-Victorian townhouse located in a gated community. This four bedroom and den/bedroom three and a two half-bathroom is centrally located in the island. This townhouse is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 7 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The Livingroom has one sofa and three comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV to spend you family evening together. On the other side of the same floor next to the kitchen this property also features a sofa and two chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a breakfast bar and a large dining table for your family meals or for a quick bite. There is a deck off of the entry level, a balcony off of the living room and the loft bedroom on the top floor. There are bedrooms on the entry level and the third and fourth floor with bathroom's near by or attached in the master bedroom on every level. Parking for 3 cars and an outdoor shower are located next to the garage.

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
