Three car parking with townhouses and single family rentals, two car parking included with condo rentals. Six facility passes are included, additional passes are $70 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.
