Sunset Island 31 is a modern bayside townhouse located in a gated community. This five-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom townhome has a balcony overlooking the picturesque harbor. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Sunset Island 31 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The warm, spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, matching chairs and a flat-screen television. The glass-paneled door allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with granite counters and an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Beside the kitchen is a second, larger dining area. Past the second dining area is another sitting area with a couch and a television. Also off the kitchen is a half-bathroom. On the third floor, you'll find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds and the third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a double on the bottom with a twin over top. The second full bathroom is located in the third-floor hallway. The fourth floor holds the loft bedroom with a double bed, a television, a sitting area, a private bathroom and balcony access. The fifth bedroom (den) is located on the bottom floor and has a queen bed. The fourth full bathroom is also located on the bottom floor. This property comfortably sleeps up to eleven people, so bring the whole family!

Sunset Island 31 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe, interactive fountain, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, three parking spaces, garage, three TVs, one DVD player, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ceiling fans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower. Six facility passes provided with paid Sunset Island registration fee. Additional passes can be purchased at the Sunset Island clubhouse.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.
