This beautiful five-bedroom, four and a half bathroom townhouse has two living areas on each side of the kitchen and dining areas offering plenty of room for entertaining your family and guests. There is also a half bath located off the kitchen on this floor also. This townhouse is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! The spacious living room is bright and cheery, furnished with a comfortable sofa, ottoman, multiple arm chairs, and a television. The glass-paneled balcony door allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a small dining area with table and seating for 4 people. Past that is a second, larger dining area able and seating for 8. The fully-stocked kitchen has a granite island with stools to offer more seating to grab a quick bite to eat. There is a half bath located on this floor also. the half-bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private master bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds, another full size bathroom is located in the hallway. The fourth bedroom is located on the fourth-floor loft and has a queen-size bed, television and sitting area with access to the top balcony. There is also a full bathroom on this level. The entry level den doubles as the fifth bedroom and has a queen bed. The fourth full size bathroom is located on the entry level as well. This property comfortably sleeps up to ten people, so bring the whole family!

Six facility passes provided with your reservation, additional passes are $70 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.
